The following are our Raid Rules as a Guild. Unlike the Guild Rules, these are ACTUAL rules, which everyone is obliged to follow. So pay attention:
- Have the proper preparations made! We expect that you will be aware of the raiding tactics, have your soul healed, your gear pieces properly Runed, and philters-serums ready for use. We wont be going through the tactics each time we raid. It is time consuming and unneeded. Guides for all the raids are already posted on the forums "Guides" Section.
Note: Every time we face a boss for the first time, we will always go through tactics during raid. When it comes to farming raids and bosses you have experienced before though, you should already know what to do
- If you want to participate on a Raid you will have to reply on the specific "Guild Raid" post, telling us your Role. The "Guild Raid" posts will always be made in time.
- Be on time for the Raiding invites. We will be starting them 15 minutes BEFORE the announced raiding time. If you are not online by that time, there will be a chance you wont get an invite. Also, your trustworthiness will be undervalued (none of the above counts, if you have an important reason for being late, but still, if possible, you should always notify one of our officers whenever you can)
Loot Council
Our loot System is based on Simple Rolls when it comes to 10 mans. On 20 mans, we use a simpler version of the "Loot Council". Basically, the officers that participate on each raid, will decide what loot goes where. Our decisions will be based on many factors such as:
-Seniority
-Raid Attendance and Activity
-Skills ( Yes, if you constantly die, and wipe us with you, 5 times per raid, then you drop on the list)
-Gear needs (We are not trying to gear up one or two or three players. We are trying to gear up a solid raid core. Keep that in mind)
