So, one of our guild mates had the idea of making a thread about us, sharing information to each other. Stuff like, how old are we, where are we from, do we have any hobbies, do we go to university, have a job, smoke weed occasionally (oops). This is the place for you to tell us about yourself. After all, we are a social guild, and we would like to know you better. Now, some might not be able to start writing about themselves, so i am going make the first reply, and ridicule myself to in hope that you will follow my example afterwards.

Heya guys!

My name is Billy. I am 24 years old, and i am from Greece (yes, tiny poor Greece). I live in a big town called Patras, which happens to be my hometown aswell.

I am going at Patras University, studying in the polytechnic school of Electronics and Computer Engineering, which i kinda hate (yes, computers are not THAT awesome when you have to study tons of math/physics). I didn't know that when i entered though .

Long story short, i have been struggling to finish university for quite some time now, with some success, or no success at all. But even if i am done, i wont be able to find a job anyway, so whats the rush?

My greatest passion is Cinema. I have a dream of becoming a movie director some day. I know it will never come true, but i can't help it. I keep on dreaming...

My other interests besides being a Cinema geek, include Reading (literature, philosophy etc), listening to music, playing guitar, and going out with my close friends, and spending some time with my beloved cat!

And of course, gaming.
I played video games since i can remember myself and it has been a big part of my daily time consume. Already having a huge collection of gaming consoles from 1989 to date, my first gaming experience was Froggie, a game on my fathers old commodore 64. I never stopped playing since then...

My first experience with MMORPG's, after a brief unsuccessful encounter with Lineage, was.... guess who... WoW.
I started playing wow with my 2 best friends, sometime around 2006. After a month of disappointment, i finally conclude of leveling a Night Elf female Hunter on Ala'kir EU PvP. I was 54lvl when the tbc launched, so i wasn't a vanilla player.

When i dinged 70, and after doing some karazhan runs, i joined a semi hardcore guild that was progressing on SSC-TK at that time.

Some of my friends decided to migrate to Agamaggan Eu, so i followed them in no time. They already had joined a raiding guild that accepted me aswell. Unfortunately, they were much worse than my previous guild in terms of... well, everything. At that point i decided to go completely-insanely hardcore. I manage to join the 2nd best alliance guild on the server, and began raiding/progressing on HM-BT after 2 weeks.

We manage to clear everything quite fast, and started trying Sunwell on its release, which didn't go very well... After that, we basically waited for wotlk.

On Wotlk release, i became Hunter Class Leader for my guild. We started leveling again, and long story short... cleared all the avalaible content in 2 months. Naxxramas was the last raid i did. And then i quited. That was it, never went back.

My next mmo experience was with swtor on its release, which was a huge failure as some of you might know. And then i decided to give Rift a try. And i got hooked. Thats it.

I enjoy raiding a lot, i have tons of patience and a passion for theorycraft. I am cynical, sometimes stubborn, but generally a "good guy". I am always willing to help, and i have been "used" lots of times because of that, but i never stopped doing it anyway. I hate egoistical people, loot whores and rage quitters.

I love talking about my self. Only problem is i've done so many things in my life most people can't live long enough to hear it. I'll try mentioning the most important ones and hopefully the forum will not be banned from SOPA, or any other crime avenging project of mine.

The time i was born an entire planet in Herron Nebula (thats in a galaxy far, far away.) was eradicated so i could absorb its inhabitant's life force and use it to fullfil my inevitable destiny, which was to ressurect Attila the Hun and marry him with the undead lich queen of England.

When i was 2 weeks old, my father abandoned me in the amazon jungle to teach me responsibility and consistency. After 3 long years, i managed to survive AND grow a beard, while holding my breath the hole time. When i got bored and decided to go back, I invented airoplanes and used one of my prototypes to return to Greece. My return in my hometown Patras was celebrated with massive suicidal incidents, sacrifices of pegeons and dinosaur hatchlings and of cource, tons of alchohol. Celebrations lasted for days, but soon everything returned to normal.

At some point i was asked to go to school. I had to travel back in time, change my name into Fibonacci, invent a number, come back to present again and then explain that number if front of the minister of education, so i could skip most of this school thing. i did asked to attend the last year of high school though, because of all the hollywood movies i directed i thought there was a promt night. Sadly there was no promt night, resulting in massacring the hole ministry of education, their families and friends and batman who tried to stop me. (yea i know its hard for you to accept, but this bruce wane guy is an IMPOSTOR). Btw it was around that time that i found out that some jerkasses hillbilly brothers had already invented aeroplanes and i got really angry.

All these years before attending the last year in high school though, I had serious trouble spending my free time. Lots of feats to be noted in that period. I assassinated Kenedy, then followed him in afterlife and assassinated him again, i helped in Rambo's combat training, i participated in gorilla hunting with Ben Afleck, I averted a plutonian invasion on mars (plutonians are the inhabitats of planet Pluto, most dangerous sons of bitches in the universe), I saved Muphasa's life and forced him to voice act Darth Vader, i created my first PC using a pencil and a bobby pin, just to mention a few.
After finishing school my parents revealed to me my real identity: i was jason bourne. That totally rearanged my priorities. i had to remain hidden and look like an average guy. i found a girlfriend, got a driving lisence and went to college. I chose mechanical engineering because it seemed average enough (considering my past experience with aeroplanes i would be good at it) and started acting normal. And i can assure you, acting normal is propably the hardest thing i've ever done. By that time i shaved my beard for the first time as well.

Anyway for real now, my name is Pete, im 24, im a casual gamer like forever (my first console was Sega master system back in the day) im into this mmorpg shit for like 7 years and i cant get enough of it. Im at college, studying mechanical engineering and im into music as well, started as a typical asshole in a band playing for chicks and got serious over the years. Finally, i love everything nerdish, DnD, cinema, junk food, porn as well as alchohol, food (in quantity) and women.

PS : am i the only one that sees the word fag in the forum tab for F.A.Q.???

My real name is Tomas i am 23 years old and i come from a tiny island called Iceland that is inhabited by 300.000 people. I do not really like talking about my self that much, but my main hobbies are games,climbing and reading. There is not much to say about my present but my past is a colorful one and if you ever are interested in getting to know more about just ask me.

I'm Ben, a magician from the North West of England (Near Liverpool). My hobbies are of course; magic, gaming and going out with friends.

I'm probably one of the few people in the guild that hasn't previously played WOW but hey, what can you do.

I'm a bit bossy, I know what I want. If i see something, I always try and work out a way to make it better. (You'll have to let me off that one). Apart from that I'm generally friendly and will try me best to help people out.

Since I discovered movie piracy, I've watched hundreds and hundreds of movies and I suppose that's also a passion of mine. I also play drums and the first PC game I ever played was probably Lemmings or Tomb Raider.

I can be quite sarcastic at times and I always enjoy a laugh...amongst nearly every subject, I think that you shouldn't take everything too seriously. However when it comes down to all seriousness, I know what needs to be done and what to show for it. I can be bossy but i'm quite laid back the majority of the time.

My name is Athit(thai name), feel free to call me that on Rift in stead of Myrcela. I am half Thai, half Dutch, a dude and 21 years old. At the moment I live in a town called Vlissingen(Flushing for you Brits) but I'm in the process of finding a room in Rotterdam. I studied Maritime Officer(merchant ships), and resuming my study in September. I frikkin want my bachelor so nothing is gonna stop me now . My goal is to be an engineer on an merchant ship n stuffs, have some moolah, and live in Thailand in a nice house at the beach.

My hobbies are quite obviously gaming, but I practiced Taekwondo for about 7 years, and have a black belt(1st dan) in it aswell. I also like movies alot, but who the hell doesn't? I play this card game called 'Magic: The Gathering' casually with friends. I have a passion for football(PSV, fuck yeah) and played it myself for about 5 years. I also like going out with my friends, drinking and doing what Dutch people do(you can fill it in yourself).

I've played games since I was about 5 y/o(dont remember alot before that so w/e), always played on my friend his NES. When i was about 7 my parents gave me a N64, and since then it's my biggest consumation of free(sometimes not even 'free') time.

My first experience in MMO's dates back to about 2003/2004 when I started playing RuneScape. Yes I know, it's RuneScape. Laugh at me all you want. Well, i played RS for about 7 years, but started playing WoW casually next to RS. Started in about 2006/07 with WoW, and stopped a year after(didn't really like what they did after TBC). My RL friend(Scealon) then told me about rift(he was talking about the beta and stuff) so I gave it a swing. Played for like 4 months(casually) and then quitted for about another 5 months. When I started playing Rift again(because of Paradocsall, who is a RL friend of mine, regrettably) I finally stopped playing RuneScape.

I play on my PlayStation 3 sometimes, but lately all my time is going into Rift. If someone wants to add me on PSN, feel free, my username is K1LLeRd0g.
